I have used MacFamilyTree for several years and therefore I bought the latest issue, MacFamilyTree 9, and hoped for better software this time. Bought myself a new iMac too, expecting to have a lot of fun with family research.
Unfortunately, there are many, many problems with the software this time too. The program not responding when using it occurs on a daily basis, VERY frustrating. 'CloudTree Sync and Share' fails too, although I have plenty of space available (135 GB).

Launchbar 6 11 1. I contacted tech support at Synium Software GmbH, who attempted to give me worthless instructions on how to generate a report from the software program, so they could 'investigate' the issue on hand. This didn´t work out at all.

I will not pay for another upgrade of the software when it is due. I am very disappointed with the entire software.
Do yourself a favor, look for another family research software program.
Biggest Pro: A fancy program, seemed to be exactly what customers wants
Biggest Con: No easy way to fix problems, complicated tech support, limits on how extensive family research you want, the program will kneel Mettle flux v1 11.
